What is included in the package?
A personalised appointment certificate, matching coat of arms and background material are included. A second personalised certificate for your partner is provided free of charge.
Can I order certificates for children or friends?
Yes. Further certificates can be added for children, relatives, friends or an entire group during personalisation.
How should I enter the name?
Enter it exactly as it should appear on the finished certificate. Check spelling, spaces and capitalisation carefully before completing the order.
When are the digital documents available?
The personalised files are provided through the customer account connected with the order. They remain available there for later access.
Can everything also be printed and shipped?
Yes. You can order the digital PDF version first and request printed documents later. Contact Nobly through the webchat, send us a WhatsApp message or email us and we will help arrange printing and delivery. Open the contact page.
Which accessories can I add?
Options can include a gold-coloured ID card, personalised gold-coloured coins, professional printing and additional certificates.
Which payment methods are offered?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link.
What if I notice a spelling mistake?
Contact support immediately with your order number. Once personalised production has progressed, changes may no longer be possible.
